Most rows show a time guide and an amount in tenge. “Free” means a short consultation based on the task. “On request” means scope is not fixed upfront. Hourly billing matches the legend above the list: standard business hours and a separate rate for urgent work (look for “urgent” in the title or timeline).

A consultation is a short review and scope estimate at no charge. Starting work immediately, a deep audit, or multiple iterations falls under paid items in the list or billable specialist time.

It is expedited action or work outside the normal schedule. We agree such tasks separately; the “Urgent support” rate applies instead of the standard hourly rate.

Use the search field above the catalog or open a section from the menu on the left. On phones, open the section list with the “Sections” control. After you pick one, the page scrolls to the matching block.

Use “Submit request” in the right column (on narrow screens – the block above the footer) or the icon on a price row: the subject field is prefilled with the service name. Add your name and describe the situation – we reply during business hours.

The list covers typical site and infrastructure work. Custom development, integrations, and non-standard cases are estimated from a description or short brief: use the request form or the contacts page.

We process requests during business hours. Exact response windows and channels are on the contacts page; after the first reply you can agree on email or a call.

For one-off work and retainers, terms and payment depend on the task (estimate or package). Legal details and invoicing are provided on request after scope is agreed.
